I sent my machine back almost a year ago. I have both email and spoken to Saul. He has promised to replace my machine as soon as things financiall turn around for him. Unfortunately he now will not even respond to my emails. I took out a loan at a great financial burden for both the ozone and the air compressor. I am so depressed with this situation. ireally believed the man. I am financially hurt and still have health conditions that need addressing. I have voiced all these concerns to him with the assurance that I would have my machine returned. Now, silence. No reply to any emails. I have been defrauded and it really has come at a great price. Thanks Saul.
