I agree that eating 'what you are not supposed to' can actually lead to weight loss. This ridiculous pushing of high carb foods because they are low in fat has led to health problems and weight gain for a high percentage of people, I genuinely think it is very bad for the health.
I for one have lots pounds in weight following a low carb diet that is full of fat things like raw nuts and avocados snd now can fit into standard fashion clothes. Fat makes you fuller for longer, it is as simple as that. However, mix it with lots of carbs and you will really really pile on the pounds.
PS, can you simply buy coconut oil in normal shops? Or do you have to go to health food stores?
