I hope I'm not repeating something you have already heard, but if you can handle it, could you do coconut oil? This has caused a lot of people to be more warm. Some instantly and some over weeks. It seems to help the thyroid. Of course if your adrenals are really bad, you may need to support them first.

You would also have to start low and slow,as it gives an adverse reaction in some people starting it with too much.

YOu could google coconut oil for thyroid and see what the dose is. I think people work up to like 4 teaspoons or tablespoons a day. I really forget which it is.
