?? adding rice to my distilled water??

I drink only distilled water and read several posts regarding adding "life" into the water. When I started this a couple of years ago I was adding Sea Salt but as I kept reading and learning this is not what I want to do. I stopped the salt sometime ago, got off all of my supplements, starting juicing and doing lots of stuff for my adrenals. My health has improved greatly, much better then I thought possible. I have changed so many things along this journey and have learned so much. I have no intentions of going back to my old eating habits and all the bad choices I made trying to get well. I still have a LOT to learn and do and very thankful for this and other forum on curezone.

I read what UNY had written about adding rice or blades of grass to the distilled water. Since I don't have a yard I will have to go for the rice. Can someone tell me how much to use in the water. Do I just get plain organic brown rice? I've tried find some kind of instruction on this and haven't found anything to help me out. I drink two 50 FL oz bottle a day. Thanks so much! Krik
