Oh, and I forgot - try to get classic anti-inflammatory nutrients into your diet, because that is what is going on, inflammation of the rib cartiledge. You can google anti-inflammatory foods (which we should all be on anyway) but I always say at the top of the list should be ginger. Amazing stuff, really.
One more little thing. There is this amino acid that a lot of body builders use for pain called DLPA. I think the dose is 500mg twice a day. I've been taking this for awhile, and I go in and out of pain but it is due mostly to my stress level.....!
