Re: Does Humaworm kill the good biotics ?

The gut flora has an ideal mix of good bacteria and yeast. When the good bacteria is wiped out, bad bacteria takes over and yeast runs rampant! Adding in more good bacteria will not solve the whole problem if the bad bacteria and yeast is not also wiped out first.

Humaworm helps remove bacteria, yes, both good and bad. It will just cancel out the probiotics as it can't tell the difference between good and bad bacteria.

Once the "slate is wiped clean" so to speak, the body will rebalance itself very quickly from the foods that you eat. Probiotics taken at that time will help the balance come faster.
