Re: Sometimes I wish I didn't know

I spent about a year looking for a diagnosis and finally found one. However, no doctor would ever give it to me. I've seen about 14 doctors and what I heave learned is that they cannot help me out as much as I can myself. It was finally when I stopped trying to find someone to help me and just do it myself, I started to get better. Well, I did get help along the way but I got a mixture of protocols and learned from those. The key was just taking better care of yourself and life style change. This might not work for everyone, but it worked for me.
