I am not vegetarian, just RAW.. so animals stuffs is not out of the question. In fact, I had been planning on implementing raw eggs into my diet to cover some of my deficiencies from not eating other animals things. Also, I'm trying to eat a lot of avocados, seeds, ect.
Question on the eggs.... is the whole scare about raw eggs just fluff? If I eat organic, is salmonella a real threat or is it all over blown?
