Eczema life suffering

I am a 26 year old male that has suffered eczema since an infant (2 months old). I was treated with corticosteroid creams throughout my life. The eczema I have suffered up until one year ago has been mild. Last year in June 2010 I started experiencing eczema flare ups throughout my entire body like I have never experienced before. I have been suffering from constant flareups/skin breaking around my ears, surrounding my eyes, my neck (more anterior), and elbow folds for 7 months in a row. Today the flareups have started to ooze and have become unbearable. I have been using organic shea butter as a moisturizer these past 7 months to avoid steroids. I have performed a liver/kidney/gallbladder detox and colon detox through jon barron products. I have also avoided medication due to the ineffectiveness in the long term as well as the side effects. Since I experienced these severe flareups I currently have 5 mercury fillings which I will have removed ASAP with biological dentist. Two years ago I had a root canal performed as well that may possibly be introducing toxins into my system. What protocol/steps do you suggest I take to erradicate this or at least make the symptoms tolerable until the mercury fillings are replaced? Thanks in advance for your response!
