This is why there is a lot of bound toxic Mag left inside the body. There usually is a homeopathic for this kind of stuff but Mag Met doesn't seem to be readily available.

Mag Malate is best for ATP so protecting Mag with Malic Acid appears a valid way to supplement no matter what.
