I completely agree with the above post, that supplements are not the way to go. Real food is always king. I've noticed this from personal experience.
Also maybe you guys shouldn't be targetig candida. The more and more research I do, it is more a disturbance in digestion, and people are just blanketing it candida, and blaming a single yeast. Yes it can cause an overgrowth but you must adress the cause of it being there rather than constantly zapping it with antifungals. Hvergarthi sums this up a lot better than I can in various posts.
