I started by taking a spoonful of x virgin coconut oil once a day. After a while I didn't have the same reaction to it, so I took it twice a day and had the reaction. Later, I didn't have a reaction to that, so I started taking 3 spoonfuls and had the reaction again. When I stopped having the reaction to 3, I decided to take a break for a couple a weeks (I continued the diet). When I restarted later, I had the reaction again with one spoonful.
I never had the yeast develop a resistance as such to the coconut oil. It's definitely the most effective of the ones I tried.
