After reading the information from one of the members of the forum about Chlorophyll..i bought some, about 40 mg at a health food store. I started taking it and pretty fast noticed when i looked at my tongue that it is practically better as far as white spots go. I always thought that white spots on your tongue meant its the sign candida is in your digestive tract also. My stomach is also flatter and I feel better. i did feel tired at first, and still do some, but that 'intestinal shift' the user talked about, seemed to happen. Just wanted to pass it on to all of you that chlorophyll sees to work better than acidophilus. I can take acidophilus and not notice any changes much but the chorophyll really wiped it out!
