I had 2 thyroid blood tests to come back normal, though I was not feeling well at all. Finally, in an emergency room, it showed up. The link I gave you tells some of the symptoms.

If you get cold easily, especially your hands and feet, have experienced eyebrow hair loss, are feeling depressed and have gained weight, well, maybe the test wasn't correct.

Thyroid & adrenal problems are often undiagnosed through blood tests until they get really bad.

Just some thoughts.

And btw millet is a goitrogen, which means it is not good for the thyroid.
