I had a similar experience I started herbs and then stopped. Thanksgiving rolled around and I ate a LOT of sugar. Two weeks later I got the fatigue, anxiety, and depression. I know it was related to whatever I was killing. I went from a happy calm person to bad within a week. Of course my doctor said it was stress but that is westerns medicines generic response to most aliments. What was I stressing over? Christmas shopping?
I believe the anxiety is caused by toxins symbiotic organisms release. It is too much for the nervous symptoms. The quick turn around for me is:
1. Drink water throughout the day. Don't over do it.
2. Exercise somewhat to help cycle out toxins.
3. Take antioxidants.
4. Change your diet to low processed foods and low sugar.
5. Avoid intaking additional toxins like alcohol, caffenine, and cig smoke. And stay away from cleaning products and pesticides.
