I've had a great improvemt in intestinal problems by taking Vit B12. For people without sprue or a maladsorbtion problem it may be enough to take a balanced B vitamin supplement which has B12, B6 and Folic Acid. I took injection for a month and am now using pure B12 capsules which I empty under my tongue and let it dissolve. Some people use B12 and DSMO which facilitates adsorbtion.
