What to do?
About 2.5 years ago I did a 90 day
parasite cleanse along with some
colonics and chelations. I developed mercury poisioning during the cleanse as it was released but I believe got most of it out. My panic attacks stopped and my anxiety levels were very low. However, right before this I developed sleeping probems where I could not sleep or stay asleep. This was also accompanied by lots of gas. Anyways, I finished the cleanses thinking things were alright and gave up my previous no alcohol and anticandida diet. I was really hungry and I gained 30 pounds. Soon, my hair started to fall out and would only stop if I took immune boosters. Keep in mind I was still on my old diet. Then six months later my hair stopped falling out after a liver cleanse. I stopped with all supplements.
Around sept of this year my hair started falling out and I thought just needed to cleanse again so I did a juice cleanse. I lost weight but my hair didn't stop. I tried working out more, immune boosters, detoxing, did not change my diet, and I slowly became worst. I did some
colonics but didn't change my diet or take probiotics. Within a week in dec I grew very fatigued and missed some work. My sleep was terrible and all the other symptoms you can throw in. I drastically switched my diet to fiber, anticandida, low processed and started taking herbs. I'm about three weeks into the herbs and have some observations and questions
1. When I take a break from the herbs for three days it comes back quickly. I read about a healing crisis and wonder if this can happen two weeks after the herbs. I developed normal side effects at first like headaches, running stools, and some congestion but not the symptoms associated with whatever I have.
2. How much gas is normal? I'm not farting, more of burping and my stomach is making noises. It is freaking me out because I associate the bad stuff with gas from experience.
3. When should I get off the herbs? When I am symtom free and how long in the clear?
4. How can I get the good stuff to grow back mainly? I am mainly taking probiotics but am scared to add dairy because that was what finally kicked in the bad stuff.
5. What is the best way to get off these herbs so it does not return? I am NEVER going back to my old diet, gave up coffee, and will be eating healthy with fiber.
