Re: Alright. I'm gonna try it.

my experience was that when i learned about it (a looooong time ago when america was still a free nation), i didn't know a whole lot about anything. i did try it at home with no results either positive or negative.

some time later i was getting colonics with coffee implants, and this made a huge difference. the colonic person told me they saw old stones passing through the tube. and i could feel congestion that had been present for god knows how long begin to vanish.

since then i have done Liver Flushes and now i realize how important it is to clear out the biliary system.

it doesn't matter how you do it. you can use bitters, coffee enemas, liver flushes, herbs, diet, etc etc. just find the method that works for you and it will help with recovery.

i think the fear of coffee enemas is hugely overstated, mainly due to the influence of one or two people here on curezone. even drinking a cup or two of strong coffee won't kill you. if you do it every day to excess it certainly will not be a good thing, but i think the guy that is trashing coffee enemas is projecting his own issues. but that said, bitters is probably the best and easiest place to start. if those don't work then move on to other methods.

the interesting thing about coffee enemas is the increase in glutathione which you will not get from Liver Flushes or bitters.
