Re: Alkalosis Symptoms
I'm not sure the causes have been truly covered here--(although the paper suggests it's about causes and symptoms; I suspect compensatory alkalosis is
the main form that most people might want to know about--unless, of course, people are mega-dosingon baking soda, or simply don't understand that if the pH tests "high"
this is more likely compensatory than a true indication of "alkalinity"
so, what do you suggest, to avoid such concerns?
I would imagine the RX is the same, overall. Good mineral rich high density plant-based, (as nutrients-in) with clean meat and fish, etc. as a minimum... and for elimination, well:
good elimination is key. And a clean colon, etc.
PS--the idea that alkalosis is as much a concern as acidosis is, in my view, complete quackery. Alkalosis is generally a much more serious state, (imv) in this way: it's suggestive of long-term acidosis, as well as pleomorphism... Do you agree? If not, could you elaborate?
