Re: How to chose the best oral chelation protocol ??

Hi Jorge,

It really depends what kinds of metals are most prevalent in your system, like Étienne said. In my case, I thought I had huge levels of mercury, because of all my years eating fish and shrimps in Thailand. And everybody is mostly focused on mercury.

But I had lead levels like there's no tomorrow. They were off the page and the doctor said he had never seen such high levels. Aluminium, uranium, cadmium. At the end, thorium came out big time.

So in a couple weeks, I am seeing a environmental physician and I am planning to get a protocol for oral chelation.

I can let you know what I find out.

Apart from heavy metal chelation, orally and IV, you have to make sure that the heavy metals you are chelating are expelled from the body. I used to do one coffee enema a week (the day after the IV), drink a huge amount of pure water, do hydrotherapy or something to detox the skin through sweating.
