At the suggestion of one of my clients who had success with the Paul St. Amand protocol, I decided to try it out under my doctor's guidance. I bought the book, avoided salicylates, bought Guaifenesin from a reliable supplier. I became terribly ill. It does not work for everyone, so be very, very careful. Illness due to alternative treatments is not always a "healing response." If you decide to try alternatives, best of luck, but take notes or journal daily so that you can track your results. I have not given up and am going to go back on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol, but at lower doses. Tweet
