Oh vegetarian can get lots of protein my sister. Vegetarians need protein too but they get it from different sources. The problem with becoming a vegetarian is that it is hard to give up meat for most. But people can gradually switch over.

Now Mother went on the 7th day adventist diet with no meat and got sick. You have to gradually switch. There are some on the forum who eat raw meat and I just cannot do that.
