I've never eaten chicken menstruation or murdered ig in all my adolescent/adult life! What I did do (I stopped after 15 days but am starting another fast so that I can go longer) is eventually after about a week start eating a lot of non-gluten grains (cooked but not soaked - some of it was germinated but not all) and that got me into big trouble. I definitely feel that the 15 days of fasting were totally useless now - they did nothing at all by themselves. This next time I am going to eat after my fast only anti-mycotoxic vegetables, possibly some broths, but no starches and no grains. I am not yet sure whether I shall keep all raw, but I definitely will keep to alkaline and anti-mycotoxic foods except possibly some hemp at some point, which would not be alkaline.
I broke last Tuesday and it is as though I never did those 15 days of fasting at all!
