well, yesterday, I completed my first flush....I was not too apprehensive about it, but I was very anxious to get it going. I was relaxed the day I went into it.

I used about 1 cup Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and 1 cup juice. It seems to be a 1:1 ratio....if you use 1/2 cup EVOO, then 1/2 cup juice....3/4 cup EVOO, 3/4 cup juice and so on.

I had terrific results...I was a "Rolling Stone" the day after the flush....hundreds of all sizes...all day!!

So, I appplaud you for taking up the gaunlet and doing something for yourself that no doctor can do.
