Re: There has to be something in there

I looked back over your messages and see that you have been doing your best to treat your problems. For many years I had similar frustrations and had to be told, rather than figuring it out for myself, that I had some underlying problems - Gluten Sensitivity and Leaky Gut Syndrome. What helped me most were 2 remedies - a holistic alternative program to improve my intestinal health and general health. I used Hulda Clark 's protocols and was able to go from hardly being able to work to working almost full time. Years later Lab tests showed I had ongoing destruction in my small intestine caused by gluten so adopted a gluten free lifestyle and have been steadily improving ever since.

If you are avoiding meat it will probably be necessary to take a vitamin supplement which contains Vit. B12. I have had a great improvement in digestive problems since taking B12 injections. By taking extra stomach acid (Betaine-HCl) I may be able to switch to the oral supplements to keep an adequate level of B12.

So keep learning what you need to do. Good Luck!
