true. My Water Fast has now become a 'below 500 calories / day fast' , which has been all cabbage and a peanut satay sauce I've made. I feel I need to keep my guts moving to be healthy. I drink so much water and move so much that, since my fast really is to just quit the caffeine and alcohol, I need plenty of roughage to just keep things going and really be well. I am doing great and slimming down and feeling more natural energy. Water Fasting is good for about three days, but then I think it's time to ingest salts and chew things. Keep the guts motile and muscular.
