Re: Finally, What Can I Expect After My First Cleanse?

Well, this probably what you meant but (butt....)
have plenty of toilet paper on hand. I didn't realize the 'butt pee' was going to be ...exactly that. Some oil to sooth (presooth) my bottom would have been, in retrospect, a good idea.

And time....have that on hand. I thought it was going to be 'over' by 10 am the next morning....have that time stress free, and perhaps choose a good book to keep you company.

Personally, my FOG of Depression broke wide open. It was Wonderful--I was doing many good, healthy things, but I think the lf made a substantial difference--unless it was just coincidence, my chemicals or whatever in my brain that made life look hopeless....changed within two days of doing the flush. Of course I will keep flushing.

I think my skin looks better. I only got tiny bits of chaff and bitty green pellets...the first time. Third time was the charm.

So, Midge is probably right--let go of expectations. I like Andreas idea, that when you lay down, you envision the gallbladder letting go of stones....I even named mine once.(this is when I was annoyed with xxxx and )...letting go of emotional bitterness...some of the little "galling" experiences (or not so little) in my life. It is pretty cool to hear that gurgling...I didn't massage....I'll try to remember to do that next time...and I'm not even sure when, timing wise, that is appropriate.

I wish you the best. And be patient. Midge is my shining example of patience.

My son is doing his first flush tonight. He is hoping to see improvement in his vision. He is doing a 'pint sized' version. He just finished his last food till tomorrow. And he's doing most of it on his own--I'm going to 'absent' myself from the house. Just so I don't make him nervous. He has it all written down...and I'll make everything is ready before I leave. I'm much more nervous about his flush than mine, and so, off I go. I'm trying to respect that he is a young man. And he's a pretty amazing kid. Hope we didn't make it too 'pint size' (cut it almost in half)

good luck to us, one and all
pj
