and I have a question about SWF, enemas, liverflushing

Salt Water Flushes and enemas are different, yea? So can someone explain to the person above? I know a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is 'easier' than an enema....but ....anyone smarter than I want to tackle this one? Can a gallstone get stuck? Absolutely, had it happen, and felt ill until it got loose (luckily I went for a colonic) Would SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) gotten it out? I don't know the answer. Might have swished right around it?

So, somebody want to tackle this....

My question would be: is a Salt Water Flush enough to clean you out for the lf? I think anyone 'flushes', if they do the recipe right, don't know, but can you count on that to be clear? big sigh. So much to learn.
