How is magnesium malate different that citrate powder? Does the colosan have both? How many magnesiums ARE there? I thought there were a couple in that article that were recommended NOT to use, but hey, my memory is still working on coming up to full strenth. I'm hoping two more liverflushes and the fog will break for good. One can always HOPE.
