I agree with Telman, in pasteurized apple juice/cider, the malic acid content hasn't been damaged by pasteurization, and it will be beneficial to a liver flush.

As far as adding ACV, you WILL get the benefits of the ACV, but I've never heard/read that ACV (or anything else) can restore a live enzyme once it's been 'cooked'.

I'm gettin' ready to go munch a Fuji now :)
