Pasteurisation causes alkaline to become acidic, and for this reason lightly pasteurised apple juice is by far your best option (unfortunately, juicing thirty organic apples per day is just not an option). I know not where you stay, but here in Scotland there is a company named Grove Fresh, and their juice is organic, not from concentrate and lightly pasteurised. It is rather expensive at around £2.50 per carton but compared to standard juices it is far above and beyond in appearance, smell and taste; plus, with the acidic, non-organic juices I tend to feel quite ill if I drink a litre before noon, but not so with the organic alternative.
