L'ornithine before bed can help mop up the amonia that comes from dead parasites and can help with sleep. Do not take it with l'arginine then. Melatonin is a very safe otc (I like Vitacost's Twinlab the best, personally) supplement famous for helping people sleep. Try it on a weekend or other time when you will be off from work for a day or two as the first dose can make you tooo sleepy.
