Is chocolate high in it? I can't seem to lose that craving....specially at certain times.
Name a couple things besides pumpkins seeds. I TRY to like them, but....even sprayed them with Braggs....just don't (probably my
parasite hate them...tee hee)
but would the tiny amount (1/4 tsp) hurt anything? When you flush, remind me....do you NOT do the epson salts.

Liver Flushing seems best at clearing mental fog. But the insomnia is still a BIG problem....but I'm like Hanna, I'm kind of shy about supplements...and I get 'confused' still (brain not totally unfogged, specially with sleep difficulties and high stress levels) about what is a supplement and what isn't. Seems to me, epson salts, are more like a supplement than not; but I don't think of celtic salt as a supplement--there I go again, confusing myself.
Any straightening out of my thoughts/concerns is appreciated.
My next flush is Wednesday/Thursday (that's the plan)
