 There is a big difference between moderation and censorship. The debate forums needed cleaning up, but that is not what has happened. The posters making the bulk of the personal attacks, are still there, doing exactly that. As the moderator favours these posters, they attack with impunity. This is not cleaning up the boards, this is making the boards a free for all, for the favourites of the moderator.

The WM has effectively said that people cannot defend themselves against personal attack, or they become as bad as the attacker. This simply gives those that are able to attack with impunity, (those favoured by the moderator) a free ride, and this is very obvious on the debate forums.

If this is not addressed, I can see there will be a lot more decent people leaving CZ. This website will become the home of those could care less about healing, and are simply here to cause trouble. Particularly the ones that have been banned from the site, numerous times, and come back under new user names, to continue the trouble making. Until this is also addressed, then the problems will continue, and the good people will leave.

You are 100% correct!!!  And again the problem is not limited to the debate forums.  Moderators are abusing their position on the support forums as well.
