To increase stomach acid your body needs histidine, niacin, glutamin and chlorine.

Incorporate food source of those cited above in your meal.

I' d say avoid bread with yeast, the reason is it seems that yeast in, food causes inflammation of the gut.

For instance :" Antibodies against S. cerevisiae are found in 60–70% of patients with Crohn's disease and 10–15% of patients with ulcerative colitis."
