nope, im eating alot so im not losing weight at all !! thankfully im a good cook, so it helps. when im hungry i do very quick scrambled eggs, or make pancakes.
when i crave, i can cook stuff really quickly im loving it.
i cook a big veggie soup and keep it in the fridge, so i can eat it anytime, having brown rice on the side etc.. tasty.
ive checked out Montreal's diet, its pretty good but it is quite diffrent from what im having. in candida diet, we dont allow any types of Sugar cos anything sweet feeds candida, no fruit Sugar or juices, or fruits, honey, syrup, apart from Stevia, Vegetable glycerin, etc (i take xylitol and agave).
yeast is a very bad one, and its in quite a lot of seasonings, snacks, stock cubes etc.. dunno if he mentions about yeast anywhere.
caffeine feeds candida, too. Montreal's diet allows fruits with very high Sugar content ! candida feasts on those sweet fruits. his diet is pretty good for many people without EC (and some with EC), his advice is generally great.
but he doesnt mention about condiments like ketchup, mayo etc.. most of these seasonings feed candida. vinegar is another no-no.
i didnt do any excercises or cared about breathing, i just followed candida free diet, my EC IS GONE now. woohoo.
