Low or High Cortisol?

So I am following up on my last post.

I dont have the money to buy a test, however I have been studying my sleep patterns and this is what I have:

At night I now get very tired. I mean very tired...I pass out just sitting on the couch. And this cant be normal for a 22 year old. I then sometimes wake up at 4AM and I feel perfectly normal?!? I am not tired anymore and I could run a marathon. I actually feel my best at this time. Then I fall back asleep and never wake up hahaha. I am still tired at 1PM.

I am assuming this is low cortisol? But a lot of people here state that it is impossible to workout or function when you have AF?
