I have update on his condition. The culture they were going to grow didn't work as there was a lab error (aggh) and now they have to repeat the sample again meaning I will get the resuluts after the weekend.
In the meantime he is passing jelly like mucus and blood in his stool. The nurse told me he has also tested for blood in his urine so they know he has some sort of urinary track infection. His fever is lower (38 C) and he is more active and asking for some food. He still eats very little. But his continuoulsy complains about stomach ache. I hurts me to the bone when he says in tears in his eyes that his belly is OK and is begging me not to take him to the doctor again.
What should I do? I gave him some Acidophilus powder to bring some good bacteria to the gut. I am reading about these infections and E coli seems to be the most popular one to catch..... But who knows..
Hv, I read your posts about cranberry juice or blueberry juice and D manning. Would that apply here?
