I do workout, however I didnt mention I dont lift as much as I used to. I definitely struggle in the gym. I used to be a solid 135 at 5'7".....ive lost 15 lbs since last year. It seems hard to workout. I get light headed and feel weak at my fifth repetition out of ten! I dont sweat at all. While on the bike, my heart rate barely goes up! My girlfriend who bikes next to me is always shocked how I can go 15 minutes on the bike and my heart barely goes up.
