Once again I am going to say that anyone who thinks they can be vegan or vegetarian and switch to a high soy diet is obviously on a bad path from the start. With so many of her recipes having soy substitutes for meats and dairy it is no mystery why she miserably failed as a vegan. Her voracious eats recipes are recipes for failure. As well its easy to see that being a dog owner she could not be a real vegan to start with, but maybe perhaps just a vegetarian.
All vegetarians(and everyone else too) should avoid all unfermented soy products.
