heartworms

going thru the heartworm deal with my new rescue boxer and my way out there natural vet.

she says about 10% of dogs their immmune system keeps them from getting them at all.......humans can get them rarely.......the regular western vets hrtwrm treatments are very harsh esp. on older dogs........i know of two that died and one real sweet old boxer guy it legparalyzed---and my buddy hauled him around out in boat n everywhere n clean up his poop n stuff til he died 2 yrs. later.

anyway all Sandy needed was a Standard Process b vitamin package and Thorne biocardial-a ground glandular bovine multicomponent product after two weeks with uti support(Heel) and Stndrd Procss Congiplex....and a b vitamin subcutaneous shot in a particular acupuncture point.

but all cases are different, she muscle/acu pulse tests the dog with various things.....comes up w/what she needed....most require a pancreatic enzyme to help get em'

hopefully she'll be back to being able to run again next week when she is checked again(by acupunture pulses)

blood test confirmation follow up is in 6 mos...........it would come back positive no matter what for that long as the antigen to the worms skin cells sluff-off continues even tho worms are dead n arteries healed.
