Re: First Flush

It's now 9:15 AM on Saturday. I've almost completed my first flush and I had no discomforts at all....except for the burning around my sphincter from all the diarrhea. I had no problems with either the ES or the OO/LJ mixture - straight up!

I started the first flush yesterday (starting with the fast at 2PM) and followed the directions to a T. The only thing I wasn't sure how to do was to ozonate the OO. By 3AM, I got approx 20 small stones (I presume from the liver) and by 5AM I go a huge pile of sludge (approx 1 1/2 cu inches). Between 5 - 8AM I got over 200 stones - many peas sized but approx 15 or more that were 1/2" in diameter. I would guess that there were 100 -20 smaller grains of stones that slid thru the collander. Two were over an inch long! One elongated and one shaped more like a football. I don't know if I was lucky or that my body was just Screamin' for a flush.....but I'm living proof that this procedure really works! I'll plan to do at least a dozen more over the next 12 months and will focus even more on the proper diet and supplements. I'll report back in on results of future flushes and the change - if any - in my symptoms.

I'll send a few photos if I can figure out how to upload them to the site. Thanks to all who visit this site to share your problems/experiences. Holistic remedies sure beat the #&%^# out of physicians who always treat the symptom instead of the problem!
