I'm so sorry, I posted on your previous message and then went on to read this one. =( It's okay, we all stumble during the first few days.
If you're feeling really horrible I say the best remedy is to rest and let your body recover, drinking plenty of water and/or herbal teas to help with digestion. Your body was basically getting ready to take a break from digesting food when it suddenly had a lot to deal with at once. But don't worry, I've done the same thing a few times and you will be fine!
