Because 90% of all humans have gallstones, it is imperative that your liver remains clean. Even if your gallbladder is removed, the stones are still formed in your liver because that's where they begin.
I agree with the previous poster that Dr. Clark's flush is the best one, but I would say do it every other week. For me, Friday nights were perfect and by 10 the next morning, the "surgery" was over. I flushed until I saw no more stones.....now I do a maintenace flush and, sadly, I still have stones sometimes........because of what I eat. I have always described myself as a work in progress.....I try to reach perfection in my health, but I am only human.
If you have pain, take 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salt and the pain will go away.
