Hi I've been trying to find time to do the Olive oil & grapefruit juice liver flush, but I'm just sooo busy. I was recommended RenewLife's off the shelf liver cleanse product. Will this be as effective?

Does anyone know how it works? Will I pass any stones? Or will it disintegrate them?
