Re: It's too early/another question for you, if I may

Hi nina_d

The green and yellow stones tend to float on the top and darker tan and black stones sink. However, there are all sorts of junk that people report coming out, jelly, sandy stuff and gravel. We call all this sort of stuff chaff for want of a better word.

As north said it is possible that you won't get any stones out on the first flush but it will have an effect and it is a success. All the congestion in your will more forward a little bit and the next time maybe it will move a bit more and then one time BINGO.

Another little problem we have being the first time is that we are pretty tense and this does seem to influence things. Next time you will be relaxed.

You must consider this flush as a first step and that before you is a programme of flushes that will help you restore a balance in your body.

I assume that you had your gall bladder removed because it was full of stones. Unfortunately those stones continue to be produced in people prone to them. The flushing programme will help you control this and in time you will reach the maintenance level of flushing just twice a year.

Fond regards Telman
