cleaning teeth

Hi,

I have read the cleaning teeth with a brush is one of the important parts in trying to get them remineralised, amongst other things - such as proper minerals etc.
I assume because you dont want any food particles (including
fruit) left on them, and also to allow the saliva to touch
the teeth.

I have also read that it is not advisable to clean teeth
after eating "acid fruits" such as oranges for about 30 minutes.
not sure the reason - could be total BS after thinking about
it for a minute - but i think it was because of the "acids"
of the fruit - which we all know is complete nonsence.

But, alas! "They" have made me unsure.
(i guess that what they do!)

So just to check,
"keeping teeth clean after every meal",
even if they are "acid" fruit meals,
should I brush straight away or wait for some time?

thank you. dirk.
