Hi Midge
Hi Midge
I was waiting for your message. It’s unbelievable that I have so much stuff in side me but I knew there was more to come because I only had the ultra-sound on 25th November and they said it was full of sludge. So far I estimate that I’ve got out around 1 litre of junk out and I’m feeling so much better.
I lie flat on my back on the floor just to relax and visualise. I consider the bed is a place for sleeping and I don’t want to confuse my brain and have problems with sleeping again. When I had a spinal injury, which culminated in chronic pain, the hospital taught me how to relax and visualise and it’s a technique perfect for flushing. I look inside my body, see the gall bladder and visualise the stones moving out. It’s just a positive thought process like taking a placebo; you think its doing good therefore you feel better about it.
I can’t wait until the 12th to find out your results but didn’t the technician give you a hint.
Moms are tricky; they love you to death and will do anything to make you happy. You mum may be your best friend but you need to stay in control. We are conditioned from little children to seek approval from our parents for things we do. We draw a picture and show our parents, they say its lovely and we feel good. When we get older this relationship doesn’t work but by then the psychology ingrained.
My best regards to you
