I was waiting for your message. Itís unbelievable that I have so much stuff in side me but I knew there was more to come because I only had the ultra-sound on 25th November and they said it was full of sludge. So far I estimate that Iíve got out around 1 litre of junk out and Iím feeling so much better.
I lie flat on my back on the floor just to relax and visualise. I consider the bed is a place for sleeping and I donít want to confuse my brain and have problems with sleeping again. When I had a spinal injury, which culminated in chronic pain, the hospital taught me how to relax and visualise and itís a technique perfect for flushing. I look inside my body, see the gall bladder and visualise the stones moving out. Itís just a positive thought process like taking a placebo; you think its doing good therefore you feel better about it.
I canít wait until the 12th to find out your results but didnít the technician give you a hint.
Moms are tricky; they love you to death and will do anything to make you happy. You mum may be your best friend but you need to stay in control. We are conditioned from little children to seek approval from our parents for things we do. We draw a picture and show our parents, they say its lovely and we feel good. When we get older this relationship doesnít work but by then the psychology ingrained.
