The inability to retain water as you have described is directly caused by the low carb diet you are on. The NO carb diet I have recommended WILL make this worse, which is why I recommend alternating between 2 week periods of intense cleansing followed by 2 weeks of a sensible maintenance diet (no fruit or sugar, minimal grains). Cleanse, rebuild... cleanse, rebuild...
The ultimate aim is to KILL the candida fungal colonies living in your intestines so that less toxins are released into your body and more nutrition is absorbed into your system and each new day you are a little stronger and candida is a little weaker. This requires INTENSITY, not duration (except for a 4-10 day duration where the candida runs out of food supply which is why I recommend 2 weeks and not, say, 3 days). You need to kill off these colonies, rebuild and repair yourself on a sound maintenance diet, then go back and kill more colonies with intensity. A good maintenance diet will allow for minimal growback of candida while nourishing you. Everytime you return to the maintenance diet, the remaining candida will fully regain its strength and you will have to go through this 4-10 day "deprivation" period once again to get the candida weak enough to kill.
Candida dies systematically, where the weakest colonies are used as emergency food supply for the mastermind colonies. You would think that once the critical conditions are met to kill some candida, that all of it would die all at once... I only wish! With this in mind understand it could take you over a year to recover significantly. But what are your options, really and truly? This is life or death we are talking about. You are fighting for your very survival against the fiercest, most demonic parasite mankind has ever faced. 1 or 2 years is nothing compared to your LIFE, your HEALTH, your FREEDOM, and your god given RIGHT TO BE HAPPY. FIGHT FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once you have reached the point where you have FIRMLY reclaimed your intestinal lining you can move on to other cleanses. The mycotoxins released from candida's metabolic cycles are murder on the body and I feel it is a priority to first take care of candidiasis.
