You're supposed to run the ginger root through your juicer and juice it just like you do with the fruits and veggies. It juices very well. I put mine in a jar and keep it in the freezer.
Maybe you can strain the ginger pulp that you've got to get the juice out but I'm not so sure now that its mixed with olive oil and water. I think I'd probably start over. But don't throw away what you've got until someone else more familiar with it answers lol.
